This page is for customers that are on our schedule for exterior cleaning.
If you are looking for tips and tricks to do your own property, look this over!
Some things can be over looked if you don't know what to look for.
It may save some trouble!
How to prepare property below!
The following list to prepare property will ensure that we can provide you with the best service and experience – doing this will expedite the cleaning process and negate the need to charge extra for having to move outdoor items.
To prepare property, move all potted plants, tables, chairs, decor, etc., at least 30’ away from the house prior to exterior cleaning. Our techs work alone and having these items moved allows them to do their job without incurring additional labor costs.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed, please visually inspect weather stripping and place towels inside if you know you have leaking issues (although we do use a soft wash process.) Exterior cleaning will affect known issues regardless of pressure strength. Discuss anything prior to cleaning.
Please move any vehicles off driveway prior to our arrival. Clear all walk ways of planters or decorations.
Unlock screen doors and gates so we have full access.
Please remove any screens if you are having your exterior windows cleaned.
All exterior water connections should be functioning and accessible.
Protect anything on property by covering or moving them as needed. We will do our best to ensure everythings safety, but feel free to protect at your discretion.
- Prior to cleaning, we will walk the property with you (if available) to go over any concerning areas, or “stains” that may not come out with standard cleaning. This allows you to show us any specific areas you would like us to focus on. Any issues can be addressed at this time. If you are not available we will take video of these areas for before and after examples as we prepare property .
- During house cleaning, all plant life (directly affected by our cleaning path) will be watered, then tarped to ensure as little contamination as possible. Once tarps are removed all plant life will then be heavily watered again, diluting our cleaners as much as possible. Tarps may not be used on property if it does not call for it due to gutters, or other measures could be taken to avoid issues.
- For all concrete work (unless otherwise stated in contract) we apply a before and after treatment to ensure the most organic growth removal and appearance consistency. This keeps your concrete cleaner, longer. If you are interested in “Concrete Sealing,' this comes with its own advantages and draw backs if concrete is already aged and has staining. Some people prefer not to seal the concrete because of said draw backs. Ask for details.
- Patio, Porch and Exterior Wall work will include ceiling and soffit areas. Cobwebs will be removed via brush where applicable. All electrical will be taped or bagged as needed, to prevent any damage to property or devices. Soft washing only on ceiling, limited pressure washing on soffit.
- Dock/Deck work comes with its own risks. We will take every precaution as to not damage any of your wood or imitation wood planks. A wand will be used and held at a safer distance as to not chip away or cause the wood to fiber. *Pressure Washing Wood is not advised. Chemical restoration is required. If over water NO CHEMICALS CAN BE USED*
- All measurements are rough measurements, off google maps. We do our best to get as close to actual square footage as possible. Measurements may vary.
**Preparation of property, plant life and electrical/electronics! This is one of the many thing that separates us from the rest!**
